Article 1: Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale of the 14-Day Anti-Acne Program offered by Emelka Group, Individual Entrepreneur under the micro-enterprise regime, registered with the RCS of ORLEANS under number 900 788 050, VAT number: FR34900788050.

Article 2: Price and Payment Terms

The price of the 14-Day Anti-Acne Program is shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including all taxes. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider Stripe.

Article 3: Satisfaction Guarantee

A 30-day "satisfaction or money-back" guarantee is offered under the following conditions:

3.1 Eligibility Conditions:

  • The customer must provide two timestamped photos:
    • A first photo before starting the program, showing the initial skin condition
    • A second photo after 14 days of following the program
  • The photos must clearly show:
    • The face from different angles
    • The date and time of capture
    • Evidence of following the prescribed methods

3.2 Refund Procedure:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Both photos must be submitted together
  • A detailed form explaining program application must be completed

3.3 Exclusions:

  • Failure to follow program instructions
  • Missing one of the required photos
  • Photos that don't allow verification of proper program application
  • Late submission of request

Article 4: Intellectual Property

All content of the 14-Day Anti-Acne Program is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 6: Liability

Program results may vary between individuals. We cannot be held responsible for not achieving expected results if instructions have not been followed correctly.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
